The usual . . .

Macy makes us laugh. One morning I was cleaning the kitchen and glanced over at Macy eating breakfast like this:

It's starting to warm up again! We've gone for a few walks and Greg takes Macy outside almost every day when he gets home from work (bless him). Don't they look so happy?!

Macy still can't quite reach the pedals of her trike, so we push her. The only problem? she doesn't get the concept of steering. Notice how the wheel is turned to the left? She needs an alignment . . .

Josh zonked out toward the end of the walk. And I'm noticing that we take a lot of pictures with him on the boppy. But don't you love his hat hair?

I tried to make some heart-shaped chocolate waffle cookies for Valentine's Day and six survived. The waffle iron was too hot and I was too impatient to make it work, so the rest burned. But these were good.

Yesterday we gave Josh a haircut. When he was born he had tons of hair all over his head, but then lost most of it on his left side, so it was super uneven. I spiked it up so you could see how long it is on top (probably 3 to 4 inches). We actually haven't cut the top yet because we're not sure we want to, so he looks like he has a serious mohawk.

And here's a fun video featuring Macy as a photographer.

In other news, Greg and I spoke in church today. Our topic was agency. I actually like preparing talks together. We've been really good about reading our scriptures every day, but there's nothing like a good, in-depth discussion on a gospel topic. Being in primary (and more particularly, playing the piano in primary and leaving during sharing time) has made it hard to get that kind of discussion. I was thinking about that yesterday and realized that maybe having FHE would fix that. We'll see.

Josh rolled over from back to tummy for the first time today! He always rolls to his side but hasn't been able to get over his arm. We're getting dangerously close to crawling.

Well, I'm out. Have a happy President's Day!

I love that picture of Macy, Greg and Josh outside. It almost makes me want to have another kid so I can have a family that is that cute! Almost, but not quite.....
