I love Piperlime

I don't buy new shoes very often. When I do, it's usually at a discount store like Famous Footwear or Rack Room Shoes. But recently I wanted to buy some more comfortable shoes for our trip to Utah (which includes a lot of other trips where we'll be walking a lot). So I checked out Piperlime, because we have very limited shopping choices here.

I ordered some shoes that arrived yesterday and I decided I didn't like them, so I'm sending them back (they do free returns including shipping) and I ordered some new ones. I messed up and selected the wrong shipping option (I had the slow free shipping selected instead of the fast free shipping), so I called customer service. They process things too quickly so they couldn't fix it, but because of the "trouble" I experienced, they gave me a $7.00 credit for my next Gap purchase! Hooray for customer service.
