She's Dancing! (but not walking)

Macy's getting better and better at cruising every day, but she still won't stand on her own. Notice that I said "won't," not "can't." If we trick her into it, she can stand for a few seconds, but it makes her super nervous and as soon as she realizes she doesn't have anything to hold onto she immediately falls to the ground.

She likes the swings more now and enjoys it for about 10 minutes instead of two. Here are some photos of our latest trip to the park. The sheep you see is one of many. They're all over town, all painted differently. We figured we should start taking pictures of some before we leave.

Here's Macy in my favorite new shirt. She looks so cute in red (and other dark colors), but it's really hard to find red baby clothes that don't have Santa on the front. So here she is in her new red shirt.

Macy loves macaroni and cheese. Usually I feed it to her, but the other day I just gave her the bowl and let her go to town. It was classic: the bowl ended up overturned on her head at one point.

This is Macy in her favorite room in the house: the laundry room. It's also the most dangerous, but she likes the LEDs and the spinning clothes in the washer and dryer. Oh, and the water bottle, of course (because the water here is undrinkable).

Nothing exciting happens in this video, but she's just so dang cute and I feel like it captures that cuteness.

And here she is dancing. She dances to any music, but she moves it best to the closing credits of Gilmore Girls. Sorry the video is so dark—she stops dancing if she knows she's being watched.
