Our Little Pumpkin

Macy gets more and more fun (and funny) every day. She's getting so interactive—she's responsive and playful and super inquisitive. Here's her latest exciting news.

She loves her stroller. A month or two ago she decided she was done with being in her car seat for our walks. She loves to sit up like a big girl and watch everything we pass. The food tray is pretty awesome too.

We finally cut her hair the other day (Wednesday) and this was the before picture. Unfortunately, we forgot to take the after picture. I only trimmed her left side (because it was past her shoulder), but I think I slightly overdid it—it flips up instead of actually curling. Oh well. It'll grow.

She's so funny about her feet lately. When she's in her stroller she'll put her feet up over the tray like it's an ottoman or something. And the last time I put her in her bouncer I looked over and she had no legs. I thought it was hilarious. Check out the effort she must have put into this: she's drinking her juice and doing an intense ab workout at the same time. Amazing.

And finally, her Halloween costume came today. I put her in it as soon as Greg got home. She was okay with it for a minute, as you can see. (Check out the humongous slippers.)

The happiness didn't last for long, though.

Hopefully she'll be happier about being a pumpkin by the time Halloween rolls around.

I got my own ab workout from that no-feet-in-the-bouncer picture. She's a keeper. And I was looking at the picture of your on-base house again, and it's way nice.
